Originally from Brazil, Julia Cavalcante plays a key role at Ela Homes Marbella as our Listing & Client Relations Advisor, working remotely with consistency, organisation and a highly people-focused approach. Based in Brazil while operating closely with the Costa del Sol market on a daily basis, Julia is often the very first point of contact between property owners and our company.

Her role goes far beyond initial communication. Julia is responsible for guiding owners through the early stages of the process, helping them clearly understand how our company operates, how sales and rental management work on the Costa del Sol, and what to realistically expect when placing a property on the market.
