Originally from Brazil and now based on the Costa del Sol, Manuela Cavalcante is the Managing Director and Property Advisor behind Ela Homes Marbella, bringing together over 10 years of experience across hospitality, property management and real estate. Entrepreneurial by nature and deeply people-oriented, she has built her career around creating meaningful client relationships and delivering a highly personalised approach to luxury real estate.
Manuela’s journey to Southern Spain was also deeply personal. Together with her family, she made the decision to relocate to the Costa del Sol in search of a different lifestyle and better educational opportunities for her children within the British education system. Having experienced relocation firsthand, she understands that moving to a new country involves far more than simply finding a property. It is about lifestyle, family, routine, long-term vision and feeling truly connected to a place.
That personal experience strongly shapes the way she works today.
Before transitioning fully into real estate, Manuela built an extensive background in hospitality and property management, developing a sharp understanding of service, attention to detail and client care at a high level. Over the years, she naturally combined this operational expertise with a strong passion for branding, communication and digital strategy, helping shape the modern and lifestyle-driven identity behind Ela Homes Marbella.
As Managing Director, Manuela oversees both sales and rentals across Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís and surrounding areas, while leading the company’s strategic direction, client experience and curated property portfolio. Her expertise lies not only in understanding properties, but in understanding people — their goals, priorities and the type of lifestyle they are truly looking for on the Costa del Sol.
Known for her warm and approachable personality, Manuela believes that trust, transparency and clear communication are the foundation of every successful client relationship. Whether guiding buyers, advising property owners or assisting families relocating to Southern Spain, her focus remains on offering thoughtful guidance and creating an experience that feels smooth, personal and well supported from beginning to end.
Her entrepreneurial mindset, combined with creativity and a strong eye for positioning and presentation, continues to shape Ela Homes Marbella as a modern real estate company focused on quality over volume, meaningful relationships and a more human approach to the industry.
Outside of work, Manuela is a dedicated mother and business owner who values family life, personal growth and the lifestyle the Mediterranean offers.
